Special Event Dates 2024-2025
The City of Pasadena has approved these events to be outside of normal business hours and host 100-plus people. Normal school business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The school's Conditional Use Permit (CUP) allows for 18 events.
2024
- September 8: Opening Mass (9 a.m.)
- September 12: Lower School Back-to-School Night (5 p.m.)
- September 19: Middle School Back-to-School Night (5 p.m.)
- September 20: 8th-Grade Consortium Dance (7-10 p.m.)
- September 26: 8th-Grade Back-to-School Night & High School Information Night (5 p.m.)
- October 8: High School Options Fair (7 p.m.)

- January 18: Kindergarten Playdate (8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
