Middle School: AMC 8 Math Competition

The Mathematics Department at Mayfield is offering middle school students the chance to participate in the AMC 8 mathematics competition.

The competition will be held on campus during the school day on Tuesday January 28, 2025, and is scored by the Mathematical Association of America.The AMC 8 provides an opportunity for middle school students to develop positive attitudes towards analytical thinking and mathematics that can assist in future careers. Students apply classroom skills to unique problem-solving challenges in a low-stress and friendly environment.
