The Alumni Council is the governing body of the Mayfield Junior School Alumni Association. Their primary goal is to organize alumni programs and events that foster both old and new relationships with Mayfield Junior School, its faculty and student body as well as other alumni.

The Alumni Council currently consists of 19 members, who function as a voluntary advisory group to the Advancement Office and the Head of School.

The purpose of the Alumni Council is to:

• promote goodwill and fellowship amongst Mayfield’s alumni
• increase the school’s visibility with its alumni
• renew and nurture the spirit of the Mayfield community and the teachings of the Holy Child Jesus

The Alumni Council carries out this purpose through special events and programs such as: Alumni Day, Almost Alumni Lunch, Good Shepherd Shelter Adopt-a-Family and fundraising efforts including Blue & White Day of Giving. The Alumni Association is instrumental in fostering community relations with its members and is committed to encouraging alumni to support Mayfield Junior School.
